Choosing Baby Nursery Colors
WALL PAINT COLORS FOR A GOOD MOOD?
Nov 16th
Question by kksunshine:
Wall paint colors for a good mood?
Ok I am pregnant with my first child and wanting to decorate a nursery. I remember in Cosmetology school that we learned about different colors that were good mood enhancers. I know that they said red makes you “angry” and blue is “calming” does this apply to children’s rooms? If so, what are good colors for newborns to look at?

Nov 10th
Question by ησєℓℓє [keep calm and carry on]:
What theme and/or color is your nursery?
Even if you do not currently have a newborn, but you have older or even grown children: think back!
Even if you’re pregnant with your first child: how did you/do you plan on decorating it?
Even if you do not have childen yet and are not expecting: how would you decorate it?
I’m not pregnant, but I do hope to have kids in the future. And I am curious to see all the different themes and colors of nursery’s there are out there. Maybe even look for future ideas. Thanks for answering!

CAN ANYONE HELP ME IDENTIFY AN INFANT CARRIER I SAW?
Nov 10th
Question by brenga:
Can anyone help me identify an infant carrier I saw?
The carrier is neutral colored ( beige and brown mostly) with small lions and giraffes. I am designing a gender neutral baby nursery in a safari theme and the fabric of this automobile seat is the perfect match. Mainly I am hoping someone can tell me the brand so that I can get a superior look at the fabric.

WHAT ARE A COUPLE OF GOOD COLORS FOR A BABY BOY NURSERY?
Oct 29th
Question by MAC’s Mommy:
what are a couple of good colors for a baby boy nursery?
my man and i are starting to discuss what we want for nursery colors.
We’re thinking maybe a yellow and maroon. he says that that’s not very boyish….but since the baby wont know the difference anyway, i do not see why it would be an issue….. what do you think. and what colors would you, are you going to, or did you use?
p.s. we do not want to do blue, just because our room is blue and the rooms are right next to each other.

I WANT A MILITARY THEMED NURSERY FOR MY INFANTS, IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Oct 18th
Question by Brielle:
I want a military themed nursery for my infants, is this possible?
My husband is a Marine. I really like the digital theme on his camis. I thought it would be neat to do that kind of theme for my infants nursery. We are anticipating twins, a boy and a girl, in 3 months. They’ll be sharing a room, but they’ll have separate cribs. I was hoping to find a digital pattern that’s a shade of blue and or green for the boy and pink and or purple for the girl. I think this would be the perfect touch to the nursery. I’d really like the digital camo print, but I will settle for regular camo, just as long as it’s the colors I want. Can anyone help me out?

Those are really cute, but like I said, I’d really like to have the digital print.

ARE THERE NURSERY COLORS THAT HELP BABIES DEVELOP BETTER?
Aug 20th
Question by czekit7:
Are there nursery colors that help babies develop better?
I remember hearing that black, white and red help a baby developmentally in the first year of life, instead of the pastels and bright colors. Is this true? And if there are more helpful colors for a babies development, are they black, red and white? If not, what are the colors?
