How do I care for my baby’s belly button once the ambilical cord stump falls off?
My daughter is 11 days old and her ambilical stump has fallen off. How do I care for her belly button since the stump is gone? My mother told me to cover the are with a gauze and applying neo..It looks a bit sore and I am scared that she’s in pain. Please help!!!

After the cord falls off just wash her as normal in the bath.It doesn’t need any extra special care unless it looks infected, then take her to the pediatrician .
